Economic Restructuring strengthens, expands, and diversifies a district's economic base. The Main Street Approach™ allows business owners to become more competitive and recruits compatible new businesses and new economic uses to modernize a commercial district. Converting unused or underused commercial space into economically productive property also helps boost the profitability of the district by creating new business and new jobs. Analyzing consumer habits also strengthens businesses and allows district members to make recommendations for types of new business.
Explore Historic Plymouth Plans
